The Relaxus Anti-Nausea Acupressure Wristband works by applying on the Nei Guan pressure point. 
Place the wristband over the wrist with the plastic stud facing the inside of the wrists.Find the accupressure points on each wrist, beginning at the wrist crease. This measurement will indicate the proper distance.
